The browser then requires me to manually enter all my information even if I logged into the app with my Alamo account, which already contains my information. After entering my information manually, I was able to register using the browser and then go back to the app where I had to re-enter my booking number. Once I find my reservation in the app, it doesn`t save it under my reservations, so I have to do it manually every time. Very poorly written application. I`ve been using Alamo for years because they were, along with Avis, the only companies that didn`t require a deposit when you were using your credit card, but the other day I go to Avis at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport to rent A-A-Car, and the lady tells me you now have to pay a $100 deposit, so I`m like OK, I just need to take a day off, because I didn`t know I had to pay a deposit, so she then tells me I can`t do it because now it seems like you don`t have the money to pay for the car, so we can`t ask you to make a reservation again…. are yu serious, I absolutely can`t believe that this lady just told me this after I just told her that I didn`t know a deposit was required, so how on earth does it mean that I can`t pay for the car, she clearly doesn`t need to work in customer service, and she was supposed to be the supervisor, I was so willing to walk away from that counter and I never went back to Almo that I failed to get her name, but I will never rent another car from this company Avis is my new home for all my rental needs!
